Routine eye exams and refractions are usually not covered by most medical insurance plans but you may have routine vision coverage under a separate plan. Many routine vision carriers require prior authorization of services.

Please let us know if you have routine vision coverage when you call to schedule your appointment. Cosmetic surgery is not usually covered by insurance and we will ask for payment prior to scheduling these services.

Although we are happy to assist you with general insurance questions we cannot answer plan-specific questions. If you have a question about your particular coverage and benefits, please contact your insurance company directly for information on your plan.

We will ask for payment of co-pays and non-covered services at the time of your visit. You may pay by cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We’ll gladly file insurance claims for you with the information provided by your current insurance card.
