For your iLASIK surgery, you may get a discount through vision insurance including VSP (Vision Service Plan), EyeMed, Avesis or Military. When considering the cost of LASIK surgery, most insurance companies consider it an elective surgery, so often it is not covered. Iowa Eye Center will work with you to help you find the best way to achieve your vision correction goals.

Payment options

Your payment is required prior to surgery and may be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payments can also be made using flexible spending or Health Savings accounts. Advanced planning can save you hundreds of pretax dollars. Also, use of these accounts spreads out payments over the course of a year. Check with your employer to determine your benefits.
