The
fee for surgery includes: facility and laser fees, surgeon
fee, and all postoperative visits with your surgeon for one
year. Patients are responsible for the initial consultation
prior to surgery, which is $75.
Enhancements
or additional treatments are very infrequent with UltraLASIK, and
usually detected shortly after the initial surgery. If an
enhancement is required, it is provided to you at no charge
for one year.
Payment
is required prior to surgery and may be made by cash, check
or credit card.
 
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Payments can also be made using flexible spending or cafeteria
accounts. This advanced planning can save you hundreds
of dollars in pretax money. Additionally, the use of
these accounts spreads out payments over the course of a year.
Check with your employer to determine benefits.
We
are sensitive to the fact that not everyone has the opportunity
to present payment at the time of service; therefore we have
made payment arrangements available to you.
