At Iowa Eye Center you will receive extensive one-on-one
communication with your surgeon before and after your surgery.
Our goal is to give you individualized attention and help you
make an educated decision about surgery. Other highly skilled
technicians will also perform diagnostic testing and explain
aspects of your surgical experience. Patients can expect to
spend 2-3 hours with us for their preoperative evaluation.
Experience
The surgeons at Iowa Eye Center all have a high level of
experience in Laser Vision Correction, particularly Lasik. Our
doctors have been performing Lasik since 1998 and many have
performed other types of refractive surgery since 1992. The
Iowa Eye Center has performed thousands of Lasik procedures.
Physicians at Iowa Eye Center also work to bring you the
newest technology in vision correction, like UltraLASIK, to
continue to deliver the highest level of safety and maximize
